I went into Zul Aman today for the first time. I was taking a break when it came out, and our guild never seemed to get people together to do it after I came back.

We managed to clear the first two bosses within the time limit (Bear and Eagle), but we had to switch someone out for the Lynx boss and blew the time limit. Didn’t get any of the sweet tanking gear, but we had a helluva time. We eventually cleared through Malacrass, with a couple bumps in the road, and called it due to time. Work in the morning sucks.

The most fun fight, though, was definitely Jan’alai. He is without a doubt a Paladin’s dream come true. Tanking an entire side of the hatchlings is awesome, and really highlights what a Paladin can do and what no one else can. With that being said, there are a few tricks to the fight that I figured out tonight, and I’ll share those later in the week… maybe tomorrow.
