I haven’t gotten everything I wanted, but my block is about 450 before popping the trinket. This seems like plenty to me, now… The regular guys (Ghouls, Crypt Stalkers, etc) are very easy to handle. The problems arise when the off-tanks don’t pick up the Abominations quick enough. Getting stunned and being beat on by a lot of Ghouls _and_ Abominations can be very painful. Most painful “oops,” though, was on one pull when I aggro’d a lot of Necromancers and Banshees (normally the melee DPS picks them up). I got hit by a series of Shadow Bolts and such to the tune of ~20k Shadow damage in a matter of 2-3 seconds. I went splat. We’ve been doing it for a couple weeks now. I got around to doing a set like this,got up to just over 800 bv,and with triket popped up to..well you know,lol. We have done the waves in hyjal to try and get rage,got to him both times but decided to focus on tk and ssc. With a regular tanking rotation, you’re using up somewhere in the neighborhood of 5-800 mana per 5 seconds. With a 5-6k mana pool, that depletes pretty quickly if you’re not taking enough damage to replace it… I think I’ll post about this mana issue tomorrow. It’s a topic I’ve been wanting to get into more deeply. I’m not sure about going OOM, as I don’t have a high lvl pally yet, I say yet, as I have one at 42, and he is on the way up soon, hopefully b4 wotlikke comes out. (Yes Fikkle, I am going to start saying it for you, in hopes it catches on) Keep us aware of th progress if you are able to grab up all of that gear. I’m curious to hear how it works out.
