If you’re trying to build and promote a website, you know how important backlinks are. They help your Google Pagerank, and ultimately help determine how valuable the advertising space on your site is.

The site didn’t inspire me very much, but I thought the concept was cool. It’s a collection of pictures of people’s offices – where they do what they do.

Users can submit a picture of their office, along with a brief description, and it will immediately be uploaded and added to the gallery. You can also browse around and comment on other people’s spaces, if you like.

The benefit to you? You can include your website, and the page created for you will contain a link back to your site. No nofollow tag – just a regular, honest to goodness backlink.

So go snap a picture of your office and submit it. You shouldn’t be passing up free backlinks.
