		<description>I have done as you very clearly explained, but it is not saving it in Word. Get the symbols of a computer screen and 6 colored squares (sorry don&#039;t know what system that is). I am unable to send as Word, or even pull up the document without choosing a way to view it ie Adobe, DVD Flick, Open Office etc. I really need to sent stuff out, right NOW.
